Eric Prydz and deadmau5 take us on a tech-house and techno journey in B2B set in SiriusXM Miami

Without a doubt one of the most hotly anticipated sets of the Miami music week, deadmau5 B2B Eric Prydz did not disappoint one bit for fans of the progressive house masters. Featuring a blend of the hits from both producers as well as a number of IDs for good measure, our ears were blessed with some top notch prog house, tech house and techno from two of the most celebrated on the scene.

We were taken down the rabbit hole right from the start with the mau5’s recent track “Imaginary Friends” and the hard hitting records didn’t relent as Prydz mixed a number of IDs channeling his Cirez D moniker. The two also exhibited their brilliance as taste makers with tracks from Maceo Plex and Patrice Baumel also making appearances. Overall an absolute journey of a set and we’re hoping for more of the same from the two as they play in the ASOT tent at ultra on Sunday.
