Ferry Corsten – Beautiful (Aly & Fila Remix)

In the tumultuous world, ever-unfolding right in front of our eyes in today’s day and age, music certainly stands as an omnipresent escape to those wishing to separate themselves for a brief moment. And for most of us, I believe, that is the sentiment that, among the wide array of music that today tags itself as Electronic Dance Music, Trance specifically embodies. It remains undeniable that Ferry Corsten‘s music, among that of other artists during the Trance golden era, was of utmost importance to getting Trance to this level. Standing out among the well racked Ferry Corsten discography is his 2006  hit ‘Beautiful,’ released as part of Ferry Corsten’s artist album “L.E.F.”. And bringing back the hit 9 years post its release is the Egyptian duo of Aly Amr Fathalah and Fadi Wassef Naguib, more famous known by their world famous moniker Aly & Fila.

The trance duo, who were recently in the headlines for creating history as they performed at the Great Pyramid of Giza for celebrations of the 400th episode of their Future Sound of Egypt (FSOE) radio show, took on Corsten’s 2006 track, giving it a modern twist and investing their style of production into it but at the same time taking nothing away from the original track. Staying true to the 140 BPM sphere, the true magic in the track is unleashed when Ferry’s mesmerizing melody is pitted against the hard hitting beats. As it is with most tracks from Aly & Fila, it’s amazing music bound to create an unimaginable atmosphere live and at the same time a delight to a lone listener’s ear. Maybe it would just be enough to end this by saying that “Everything is beautiful, Let the music carry you!

The track is now available for purchase through Beatport here through Flashover Recordings.
