Why should the EMPO awards be your next destination?

EMPO has been leading the Mexican dance music industry for the last decade.  They’re celebrating their 8th anniversary in 2016 with the annual EMPO awards, along the incredible event that comes with it. The night’s gala is thought as one of the best events in Mexico City during the year.

Every year, EMPO invites international superstar DJs such as Firebeatz, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Don Diablo, Madeon, Above & Beyond and many other artists that have stolen the hearts of the Mexican fans over the year.  Nonetheless, this year is going to be extremely special as Mexico City hosts, for the first time on the American continent, the legendary Italian Eurodance producer Gigi D’Agostino. Of course, the Dutch team won’t be missing this year, with the dynamic duo of W&W and the House pioneer Don Diablo both attending the awards. The lineup has not been fully announced, increasing the anticipation of the Mexican public.

The one thing we know for sure is that the EMPO awards are certainly an event that everybody should keep an eye on.  If you were considering a trip to Mexico City, we strongly encourage you to attend the event if possible this year.  Keep tuned to We Rave You for updates on the full lineup.
