Hardwell unveils waxwork at Madame Tussauds
Hardwell unveils waxwork at Madame Tussauds is not a title many of you would have been expecting this morning. But it does signify news. News that reflects the exponential growth and main stream adoption of the dance music scene.
Set to now be inaugurated into Amsterdam’s world-famous Madame Tussauds waxworks museum later this year, the Dutch DJ/Producer/Record Label boss can reflect on what has already been a massive career. Coming of what has been a busy 12 months, which saw the launch of his United We Are Foundation, the record-breaking crowd in Mumbai and further headlining performances, his blend of lifestyle has been impressive to watch. Now taking a more philanthropic approach to life, Hardwell is one of the industry’s leading figures not just for his music, where he recently received 6 IDMA’s, but also as a role model.
Renowned for providing a pin-point for what is culturally relevant and riveting, Madame Tussauds has showcased hyper-realistic waxwork figures of world-class leaders, sports stars, musical mavericks and more across its multiple locations globally, including their Dutch branch that was the first international attraction outside of London operating for over 45 years.
Teasing a video of the behind the scenes footage in preparation for the war-work, Hardwell now joins the only other DJ to be reincarnated in wax, Tiesto.
