KURA is arguably Portugal’s finest dance music export. Hailing from the sun-kissed capital city, Lisbon, the 28 year old currently ranks at a well earned 61st in DJ Mag’s Top 100 listing, reflecting his global reputation.

Signed to Spinnin’ Records KURA has over 50 tracks to his name on SoundCloud, with labels such Revealed Recordings, Oxygen Records, Flashover Recordings, Protocol Recordings, Doorn Records and Armin Van Buuren’s Armada Music, as well as Ultra Music, receiving his production talent multiple times over the years. Having amassed support from industry heavyweight’s such as Hardwell, Axwell, Afrojack and Ferry Corsten, it makes sense he has been voted Portugal’s best DJ twice. Better still, KURA was selected to remix Coca-Cola’s “First Time, First Love” and have his remix of “Young Again” to be included in Hardwell’s “United We Are” Remix Album.

With a monthly live stream on his YouTube Channel and the continuation of his Ambush Radio, KURA’s fans have enjoyed an abundance of material. With his collaborative track alongside Hardwell “Calavera” one of the stand out pieces in his ever-expanding portfolio, reaching No.1 in the Beatport charts, the future is looking bright for the charismatic DJ/Producer.
