Home Uncategorized Joseph Capriati launches new label “Redimension”

One of the hottest names in the techno scene – Joseph Capriati, has announced the launch of a new label. The project titled “Redimension” will aim at releases of “close friends and emerging talents”, providing a promising platform for new & established talents to share their music with the world. The launch is set up for June 20th and the debut release will be one to die for. The collaboration between the two legends Joseph Capriati & Adam Beyer will become a fact not only via digital release but also on techno’s favorite vinyl . The EP will include “Parallels” as side A, and “External Links” on side B; however, previews of those are still not available, but can be heard on their latest live sets.

The collaborations were completed in Adam Beyer’s home studio in his native Stockholm, where both artists worked back to back on their production.

The EP is a genuine proof of a long-lasting friendship, which started between both quite a while ago. It is, in fact, one of the reasons of Joseph’s immense success, providing him with a home in the face of his own label with his first release in 2009. It was just a few years after that Capriati released his second artist album “Self Portrait” on Drumcode.

In recent times, both can be seen performing a series of back to backs around the world. As techno has always proven that it’s a scene of friendship, “Redimension” sets high level of expectation to reinforce that statement. It is only a matter of time for us to experience on what the label’s future holds, but until then, let’s enjoy a set by the 2 pioneers.
