Paul van Dyk confirms his return in heartfelt post

Three months ago during his performance at ASOT 750, the legendary trance music producer and DJ fell off the stage. The dance music scene has been waiting with abated breath the triumphant return of Paul van Dyk.

Well fans, that day has come.  In a heartfelt post on Facebook, Paul finally confirmed his return to the scene and gave updates on his health. He will be returning mid-June! And in a lineup announcement of EDC LV on Nightowl Radio Friday night, it’s clear it will be the 20th anniversary of Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas June 17-19.  In his post, he thanked doctors and nurses in Utrecht and Berlin who monitored his health and provided top-notch care.  Paul went on to thank his colleagues in the business who were supportive throughout this challenging time, and who are now accepting him back with open arms in a business that usually doesn’t do so.  He mentioned how he appreciated the support from fans and his loved one, going on to say that many tears were shed.  It is clear that Paul is eternally grateful for his second chance at life. We fans are also very thankful for his return.  We all sat, waited anxiously for any updates on twitter, facebook, and instagram, and all sent positive, healing vibes and thoughts to this legendary music maker whose music revolutionized the trance scene.

Paul van Dyk, we’re glad to see you are making progress.  We all can’t wait to see you make a strong comeback in the scene that has missed your presence.
