Solomun set to release ‘Selected Remixes 2009-2015’ compilation

One of melodic house’s biggest pioneers is set to release a massive compilation of some of his best remixes. Solomun, who has become one of dance music’s most respected icons, is known for his undeniably top-notch productions and his remixes are definitely nothing short of amazing. In addition, with such high energy and passion for his work behind the decks, the Diynamic label’s head honcho continues to prove that he is one of the industry’s most versatile artists.

With that in mind, the Hamburg-native is set to release a two-part compilation of his best remixes from 2009 to 2015. Consisting of 24 tracks spread across two CDs, the collection is split into a vocal and non-vocal disc. The first disc showcases Solomun’s prowess in creating crossover-ready reworks of either well-known or underground tracks. With his prominent remixes of Noir & Haze’s “Around” and Kraak & Smaak’s “Let’s Go Back”, the first CD is certainly jam-packed and is worth listening from start to finish.

The all-instrumental CD 2 does not disappoint either as it features Solomun’s marvelous remixes of Stimming’s “Una Pena”, Claude VonStroke’s “The Clapping Track”, and Tiga & Audion’s “Let’s Go Dancing”. Overall, with this much firepower compiled into one entire collection, Solomun’s ‘Selected Remixes 2009-2015’ is certainly a great summarization of what this longstanding producer has done successfully over the years.

The compilation will be released on July 1^st.
