In the past year, Ferry Corsten has successfully reminded fans around the globe as to why he is one of the most loved artists in the Trance scene. After 13 years in the dark, the Dutch pioneer resurrected his old alias Gouryella with the release of “Anahera”, which quickly became an anthem among the trance community and won itself the title “Tune of the Year” in 2015 on Armin van Buuren’s renowned ‘A State of Trance’ radioshow.
The success of it quickly called for a follow-up and just ahead of the festival season, Ferry released another emotional & driving Gouryella score in the form of “Neba”. Just a day after the release it jumped sky high to #6 in the Beatport Top 100 Trance chart and it is expected to hold its place at the top for weeks to come.
Following the tradition of having a peculiar video for his “Gouryella” tracks, Ferry Corsten shared the one for “Neba” which matched the “out of space” feeling the song brings in the listeners, the clip does it perfect justice.

Read more about the project in Ferry’s statement:
“I’ve been fortunate enough to spend much of my life making music and performing that music to incredible audiences worldwide. Over the past few years I was slowly becoming disheartened with the way the sound of our scene was evolving. I felt that the heart was slowly leaving the music in favor of those big drops and I felt the fans were sensing this too. So I’m really happy that I decided to return to Gouryella. It’s really given me a chance to explore an area of music I, and I imagine others, have always been passionate about; that emotive quality which makes a record so memorable.”
