It’s no secret that Martin Garrix is a lover of video games. The 20 year old superstar is a self-professed gamer and so when the mecca of gaming events, E3 asked the Dutch producer if he wanted to create a track specifically for the event, Garrix was of course over the moon.

Premiering as the theme for the event’s marathon 12 hour YouTube live stream this coming Monday, “Oops” will be an ode to gamers the world over and will be a tribute to the games of old with classic 8-bit bleeps and bloops thrown in for good measure, and of course, the record will feature Martin’s signature progressive production techniques to create what will no doubt be a unique infusion of sounds which will sound different than the norm. Once again, we fully expect Garrix to be pushing the boundaries on this release as usual.
