Steff Da Campo hails from the small Dutch city of Leeuwarden. With three tracks under his belt, his Electro-Progressive-House sound is becoming ever distinctive. With a history at Entire Recordings, Bazooka Records and Spinnin Records, his versatile skill set is one of the most promising out of the powerhouse nation for the EDM scene.

With a number of Beatport charting’s, including “Freakybeatza” which received a remix from Nicky Romero, his own remix of Audio Bullys has also achieved acclaim internationally. With support from the likes of Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, Major Lazer, Skrillex and even Laidback Luke, it is another global DJ that has provided the next platform for Steff Da Campo to shine on.

A label owner himself, his innovative club concepts has helped direct his club-orientated material. With content previously on Heldeep Records with “Get Busy“, Don Diablo seems a more than suitable partner for Steff Da Campo’s latest release alongside youthful duo Raven & Kreyn on Hexagon Records

With a Melbourne Bounce anthem in “Rave It” chartig at No.19 on Beatport Top 100, the five tracks to their name also bring their southern French flare. Featured on the likes of Spinnin’ Records, Ministry Of Sound and Guru Recordings, Raven & Kreyn are also familiar with Don Diablo’s Hexagon. With support already from the likes of Morgan Page, Afrojack and Bingo Players, the collaboration was destined to provide something special.

Featuring on ‘Generation Hex 002’, their track “Chicago” is the darkest and hardest hitting number on the 4-track EP. Bass heavy with custom FX, the single is a more raw and edgy side to the two artist’s. “Chicago” certainly has no apologies to make and is set to be one of Don Diablo’s peak-time kickstarter’s:

“There are a lot of bass house records out there at the moment and I get sent at least a dozen new demos a day that all sound the same. When Steff sent me ‘Chicago’ it blew me away, as they managed to push things forward in a sound that is slowly but surely becoming oversaturated. It’s super dirty and super clean at the same time, which makes it an absolute club banger for my sets.”
