Alesso is undoubtedly one of the industry’s most renowned artists. Since breaking through the scene as Sebastian Ingrosso’s protégé, Alesso has successfully scored several platinum records and has headlined some of the world’s biggest festivals throughout his illustrious career. From his festival anthem with Ingrosso titled “Calling (Lose My Mind)” to his recent masterpiece “I Wanna Know”, the Swedish sensation has evidently been on an impressive streak of releases for the past few years.

One major single he dropped was his collaboration with American singer Matthew Koma for the scintillating track “Years”. Being a staple to Alesso’s brilliant live sets, this progressive house gem has enlivened numerous crowds across the globe and has even brought out some goosebumps here and there. As one of his best productions yet, we celebrate its four-year anniversary today and relive all of the moments we have had jamming to this stunning record.

Released on Ingrosso’s Refune Music, “Years” was truly another track that placed Alesso one step closer to superstardom. With its uplifting piano melodies and mesmerizing synths, it is no surprise why this single became a huge success in 2012.
