Eric Prydz hints at new music set to be released on Mouseville
Eric Prydz is never far from the spotlight, but his Cirez D alias had been kept rather quiet in recent years, with only 2 EPs released since 2013. But now it seems we are set to be treated to what would be Cirez D’s second major release of the calendar year, since the success of ‘In The Reds’ earlier this summer. Prydz took to Facebook to post an intriguing picture of a green vinyl with the infamous mouse icon, alongside the caption “Mouseville 022…”.
Even though nothing has been confirmed regarding what tracks will be featured on the EP, fans have been long awaiting the release of a number of ID’s ever since they surfaced on his recent EPIC 4.0 tour and numerous festival sets, in particular, ‘Choo’, ‘Blackhole’ and his Palladium Intro ID. Be sure to stay tuned for more information about what will undoubtedly be another monumental release for the Swede on his Mouseville label.
Already renowned as one of the most talented producers in the industry, Prydz has been unstoppable recently and it is difficult to fathom how he continues to create such infectious music, given that he has a busy touring schedule, 3 aliases and a label to run. Whilst Cirez D has always offered us a darker, more intense side to the Swede’s music, it has nonetheless attracted a massive fan base and continues to go from strength to strength, meaning that the excitement is growing in anticipation of this latest EP.
