Madeon has had quite the week. After announcing a collaboration and North American tour with Porter Robinson, the French sensation has his latest remix featured in the trailer for one of the largest games in the world, FIFA 17.

‘Song 2’ by Blur is one of the most recognizable songs of the 1990s with its familiar “Woo Hoo” chorus and in this latest version, Madeon has added on his distinct sound and flair to create a gem of an electronic record. As the second drop comes around, Madeon’s nu-disco/electro house sound really comes through with his glitchy, chopped up style that provides more energy to a track that was full of it. While unfortunately, we are only able to hear a snippet of the track, it seems like it is destined to be yet another popular record from the youngster to finish off the summer. The track had been doing rounds for round about the past 4 years and finally looks to be heading towards a release date.

Though we do not have any official details on the release of the track but we are hoping that EA Sports and Madeon will make it available to the public along with the games release. FIFA 17 will be released on September 27th. Check out the new trailer and Madeon’s new record below:
