Throughout his illustrious career, Axwell has consistently produced some of dance music’s most memorable tracks. From his solo productions such as “Open Your Heart” alongside Dirty South and his major hits as a member of Swedish House Mafia, Axwell has evidently kept an outstanding résumé since breaking through the scene over a decade ago.
The Swedish producer’s 2016 campaign has been nothing short of amazing as well, after releasing his festival-slaying “Barricade” and his progressive house masterpiece titled “Belong” with Russian prodigy Shapov. Prior to these two gems however, Axwell dropped one of 2013’s biggest tracks called “I Am”, which was his massive collaboration with Dutch duo Sick Individuals.
Featuring the astonishing vocals of California-native Taylr Renee, this tune features a brilliant combination of Axwell’s driving progressive sounds and Sick Individuals’ overpowering drops. With its riveting melodies and hard-hitting basslines, “I Am” certainly became a staple to some of the world’s biggest dance music events and successfully pleased numerous crowds of any magnitude.
