deadmau5 conquer Ultra Japan with headlining performance

Recently headlining Ultra Singapore last week, deadmau5‘s next Ultra stopover was Ultra Japan on Saturday, September 17th, where other artists on the bill included DJ Snake (who has recently been accused by Deadmau5 of pre-recording his sets), Kygo, & ZHU.

The set was filled with a range of new exclusive edits, original deadmau5 music and a surprise of a variety of techno music, giving Japan a very special & new show as he usually only performs his own music. The techno section of his set featured the likes of Maceo Plex & Jay Lumen, as well as mixing it with samples from his own sample bank.

Deadmau5 has played techno at Ultra before, as earlier this year he performed a rare techno-heavy set on the A State of Trance stage at Ultra Miami.
