Size Records‘ artists, Highly Sedated, return with “Got Some Water“, a dark, synth-heavy bass tune, said to be released at the end of this month. Signed to Steve Angello’s longstanding label, the group’s talent go far beyond producing. With two vocalists, a photographer, a producer, and an art director, Highly Sedated cover all the stops on how to become a force in an industry as powerful as this. The five members are known for pushing boundaries and making music the scene may or may not be used too. “Got Some Water”, is no different.

Hitting the airwaves on September 30th, this new single is chalk full of strong bass and uniquely spoken vocals. With an almost poetic feel behind it, the song is a plunging ballad that leads to a powerful synth work, and harmonies lush enough to fit any club it’s played in. The minute preview below highlights that basic idea of the track and leaves room for structural growth on where they will probably take the song next. Mysterious in its own right however, “Got Some Water” carefully fuses together all the necessary elements for it to become a true electro staple.

The group’s foundation relays heavily on extreme ideas and taking risks. When asked to define their experience in a nutshell, they went on to say, “We didn’t want to join the circus, so we created our own,” – and their music clearly dictates that.

With the help and backing of mastermind Steve Angello, there’s really no level the five artists can’t reach. Angello states:

“I’m lucky to be involved and I’m excited to be the chosen one, it’s very hard to find a group of friends that’s been through everything together to get here and their only purpose is to bring incredible music and art to the world. This is Highly Sedated.”

Listen to the preview of “Got Some Water” below, and look out for the premiere on September 30th.
