Skrillex and Rick Ross reveal a new collaboration in the works

Skrillex and Rick Ross joined forces some months ago to create the official Suicide Squad track “Purple Lamborghini.” “Purple Lamborghini” was the third video off the Suicide Squad soundtrack following Twenty One Pilots’ “Heathens” and “Sucker For Pain” an all-star collaboration between Lil Wayne, Imagine Dragons, Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Logic and X Ambassadors.

On the cooperation with Skrillex, Ross noted in a recent Billboard comment:

I love how he took my heavy beat, heavy grimy sound, and he added that electricity in that chorus,” he said. “As soon as I heard, it I was like, that’s it.

In the same breath, Ross revealed to Billboard that the two giants aren’t done collaborating yet, and confirmed that a new project is in the works:

Shout out to my big homie Skrillex. I just spoke to him maybe a week or two ago, and we talking about our next collaboration for my project.

Whether this addresses Ross’ new studio album or just another single, the collaboration is set to be another infallible worldwide hit in the making.
