Teamworx – Bring Back The Funk

Back with another massive tune on Nicky Romero’s highly acclaimed Protocol Recordings label, rising duo Teamworx have created another huge track in the form of “Bring Back The Funk” which will be coming out on the 7th of October which just so happens to be in time before the Amsterdam Dance Event which begins on the 23rd.

The Israeli production team have had a number of big tunes in the past few months such as the large “Make The Crowd Go” which has been supported by the likes of Steve Angello for the past number of months and has dominated main stages from Tomorrowland to Ultra and “Bring Back The Funk” looks as though it’ll be set to do the same.

Featuring a hard hitting trap influenced intro which keeps things interesting before evolving into a more harder electro house drop, this track definitely has a banging feel to it while still feeling groovy and interesting at the same time. It bucks the trend of the generic big room sound while still maintaining that larger than life arena feel which is needed in mainstream dance music. The production value is extremely crisp and some of the sound design on display is exceptional. Hopefully we can expect more crackers in the same vein from Teamworx in the very near future.
