Armand van Helden – Know Thyself

The man known by many names is back stronger than ever with a brand new studio album on the horizon. Mostly prominent as his real name Armand van Helden, this American producer has lately been making a lot of noise, especially with the beginning of his streak of weekly releases.

The Boston-native had recently announced that his full-length album titled ‘Extra Dimensional‘ will be coming out next month. Each week prior to its release, he plans on dropping a track as a single, and he begins this series with a record called “Know Thyself“, which solidifies Van Helden’s status as one of the most creative minds in the business.

Van Helden is coming off a highly successful single titled “Wings” on Spinnin’ Records and this particular production provided the longstanding artist a lot of momentum heading toward the release of his new album. Luckily for fans, a glimpse of what this album has in stored is presented through the first revealed track titled “Know Thyself”.

The song kicks off with a series of male vocals that immediately capture the audience’s attention. A flurry of groovy beats and riveting piano chords then commences and builds up toward the energetic climatic sequence. With its lively musical elements packaged together into one memorable listening experience, “Know Thyself” is definitely a must-hear tune for any dance music lover and gives fans a taste of Van Helden’s brand new album.
