Axwell finally releases full Tomorrowland solo set
For those of you who were inside the Axtone tent as label-head Axwell himself took to the decks on a sunny afternoon in Belgium back in July, you’ll know just how special it was. Fans of the Swedish DJ/Producer have been clamouring out for the boss to release the entire set, and for many, prayers had been somewhat answered when the last half hour was released as part of a special edition of Axtone Presents back in August.
However, surprisingly the entire set has been made available to download, for free off the labels social media pages. The 90 minute set blazes through a number of whirlwind mashups and special edits which should come to no surprise as Ax is known to many as the “King of Edits.” One such special edit was the intro track which mixed Adele’s “Hello” into the booming Axwell tune enditled “Barricade.” If you were in that tent that day you’ll know how powerful of an intro this was with a bass frequency so extreme you could feel it rumble through out your entire body.
Of course the professor rolled back time with a number of classic hits such as using the acapella for his and Sebastian Ingrosso’s track “Together” with the Oliver Helden’s tune “Waiting” which went down a treat. One of the most special moments from the set though had to have been when Ax dropped his iconic “In The Air” remix which was absolutely indescribable.
You can download the entire set direct in high quality here.
