Backed by some of EDM’s biggest names: Hardwell, Steve Aoki, Diplo and more, California native Deorro has surpassed a decade long career around the evolution of commercial house. His hits “Flashlight”, “Freak”, and “Five More Hours” featuring Chris Brown, are just a handful of the star-studded collaborations under his repertoire proving his place in electronic music genre friendly world.
His newest tracks hails from Ultra Music records; It’s a bouncy tune, jammed with high energy beat progressions and beautifully arranged harmonies by the one and only DyCy. In addition to the major recognition most Ultra releases are followed by, an exclusive music video for fans is always another way for listeners to further enjoy the depth of a track.
With a premise based around a masked woman, “Goin Up’s” music video is an emotional testimate to the lyrics surrounding the song. Following a female lead as she slowly unmasks her imperfections, the song is an artistic showcase to loving yourself, and is especially crucial as the major demographic listening all go through this transition at some point in their lives. In a nutshell, “Goin Up’ is a fun tune equipped with courageous production efforts and a perfectly arranged vocal to match.
