Home Uncategorized Far East Movement team up with Marshmello for “Freal Luv”

As EDM slowly becomes one of the most dominating genres, the sound and production style, like any for of the art, is growing substantially and at a rapid pace I might add. Serving as a figure in the culture, the masked Marshmello is taking airwaves, magazines, and all other forms of media by storm with his pop-house tunes and mellow atmosphere. With songs like “Alone”, “CoLoUR”, “WaNt U 2”, and explosive festival sets, the now close to 550K Soundcloud dynamite doesn’t seem to be putting his foot on the breaks any time soon.

Collaborating with electro- hip hop kinda Far East Movement, the duo has come up with a tune that’s both high energy and vocal dominate. Titled “Freal Luv” the song includes harmonies from both Tinashe and Chanyeol; a group effort which is obviously paying off. After listening to the over minute preview below, the song has just enough dexterity to keep listeners on their feet and hyped for the eventual full release.

The song as a whole hints to both Far East and Mello’s unique production flair and use of heightened beat placement. Mello’s summery vibe is obvious as the song continues to play out, and really proves the relevance of an aura he most successfully adds to each of his original singles.

Dated for purchase October 14th, the snippet below serves as a great indication of where the track is headed. With this much praise following the single, the hype surrounding it will most certainly be in their favor this Halloween season.
