Jolin Tsai – PLAY (Alesso Remix Version)

Alesso continues to expand his horizons with a truly international collabration featuring Taiwanese singer, Jolin Tsai, frequently referred to as Asia’s Madonna. The Swedish superstar started off the collaboration by inviting her to cover his global hit, “I Wanna Know”. Nico & Vinz’ original vocals were removed and Jolin was given a chance to shine; she did not disappoint and gave the track new life in the process. Now, Alesso has stepped into Tsai’s work with an interesting remix of her tune, “PLAY”. Alessandro (Alesso) brought out Jolin during his set to a sold out Budweiser Storm Festival, where the two performed both “I Wanna Know” and “PLAY”.

The track features vocals in Jolin’s native language and Alesso adds an incredibly powerful instrumental to it. Combining elements of electro, step and bass, the resulting production is a radio-hungry masterpiece.
