Martin Garrix set to release 7 tracks this week
There is no doubt that Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix is one of the fastest-rising, youngest, and most talented superstars in the world of EDM. Since his smashing success with Animals in 2013, the youngster has risen to incredible heights, with his most recent hit collaborations “Name Of Love” featuring Bebe Rexha and “Lions In The Wild” with UK based duo Third Party. In addition, his well-deserved place on the DJMag Top 100 DJs as the number three spot has only boosted his career even further, enabling him to close the main stages of some of the biggest festivals in the world, most notably Ultra Miami 2016.
In addition to playing two back-to-back performances at the Amsterdam Dance Event this year, to over a crowd of 12,000 people, Martin Garrix is taking the extra step to give back to his loyal and supportive fans. As he announced yesterday via Twitter, the progressive house star will be dishing out 7 new tracks through his imprint STMPD Records, all throughout ADE week. Each track will be accompanied by its own unique artwork, interpreted by seven different visual artists Garrix is collaborating with.
The first track of the seven, released today, is a collaboration with Mesto called “WIEE”. You can stream it via Spotify here.
Because of all the amazing support you have given me this year I wanted to do something back 🙂 Releasing 7 songs in the next 7 days ??❤️ pic.twitter.com/6XUITejFkW
