deadmau5 teases new Hip Hop collaboration with Shotty Horroh

Dance music icon, deadmau5 has been constantly hogging up the spotlight over the last couple of weeks. With his album release only 2 weeks away, Joel Zimmerman hasn’t stopped making music in the time-being. The Canadian producer recently hosted a Twitch stream (something that has on multiple occasions unearthed a bunch of deadmau5 music before it receives a public announcement), where he produced a smooth Hip Hop styled beat for Manchester-based rapper Shotty Horroh.

The stream reportedly went on for 5 hours and deadmau5 came out strong with the composition titled, “Okay”. Fans quickly captured the stream’s audio and uploaded the track to various streaming portals. Zimmerman later endorsed the collaboration by sharing it on his socials, which is a strong sign that this could turn into an official release.

deadmau5 even joked about the potentially producing an entire Shotty Horroh album: “I should just produce a whole album for Shotty Horroh… dudes so easy to work with,” Zimmerman wrote on Twitter. Going by this audio rip, I wouldn’t mind seeing more of deadmau5 in Hip Hop music.
