Home Uncategorized Justice return to the Essential Mix this weekend after 9 years

When Justice first broke onto the electronic music scene in 2006, not many could anticipate just how far they would go and how much of an impact they would have on the dance music industry. Their debut 2007 album ‘Cross was an absolute game-changer and put electro as the most prominent genre of dance music in the world at the time. Their debut on BBC Radio 1‘s legendary Essential Mix was critically acclaimed and contained no less than 70 tracks in two hours, and after a long nine-year wait the French duo is back on the Essential Mix decks this weekend in support of their upcoming third album Woman.

The group’s first EM was an absolute genre-bending smasher which showed off the eclectic French duo’s taste as well as their mixing abilities. In the run up to their third album we’re hoping that this new mix will be just as good as their 2007 one, and we don’t think there’s too much to worry about as usually anything Justice touches turns to absolute gold. You’ll be able to listen to the mix live on BBC Radio 1 this Saturday morning from 4-6am GMT so if you’re in the UK you may set your alarm because this is not to be missed. Justice’s third album ‘Woman’ is also released next week on November 18th.
