Steve Aoki delivers performance in support of Hillary Clinton
In the midst of the United States Presidential election, one particular artist provided an extra push for American citizens to vote for the left wing of the political spectrum. Steve Aoki, who is undoubtedly one of electronic music’s biggest stars, held a Get Out The Vote (GOTV) performance on November 3rd in support of Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
Since her official nomination as the Democratic party’s Presidential candidate against Republican nominee Donald Trump, Aoki has continuously expressed his support for Clinton. The prominent DJ and producer’s support extends in such a way that he even joined Clinton’s “Love Trumps Hate” concert series.
The event took place in Las Vegas and during his set, Aoki urged Nevadans to vote for Clinton and the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Vice President Tim Kaine. The final voting during this year’s election ended on Friday, November 4th, and the official Election Day is set to take place this upcoming Tuesday, November 8th.
Known for his remarkably strong work ethic, Aoki showed that even during his busy schedule, he is still willing to help campaign for who could possibly become the first female President of the United States.
