Creamfields is now in its twentieth year and have been promising an incredible lineup in the buildup to their first lineup announcement. The biggest festival in the UK by far have always delivered on their promise to provide outstanding lineups and this year is no different with the announcement that deadmau5 will be performing a back-to-back live set with none other than Eric Prydz for the first time in the UK and for their only European date in 2017.

The duo performed one of the best sets of the year at Tomorrowland back in July and anyone who was there was absolutely blown away by the visuals and more importantly, the music. Luckily the duo have delivered good on their promise that there would be more sets planned in the future. Combining their unique take on progressive house and techno has ensured an interesting blend of their sound and no doubt they’ll have a number of special edits and mashups of their tracks prepared for this. They will be playing in the now legendary Steel Yard on Friday August 25th.

Creamfields was recently voted ‘Best Major Festival’ at the UK Festival Awards, beating off heavyweight competition from the likes of Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds and Isle Of White Festival. Having scooped the award for ‘Best Dance Event’ a record eight times, this is the first time an electronic music festival has been awarded the coveted ‘Best Major’ trophy.  Tickets for what promises to be a massive edition of the festival next year are on sale now.
