With the year almost coming to a close, many people have begun recapping the greatest moments throughout the past twelve months. The dance music community has witnessed a wide range of incredible live performances at some of the world’s most prominent festivals and venues. A few notable events include the likes of Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Amsterdam Music Festival.

Another festival to spotlight was the annual Burning Man, in which tens of thousands of attendees gather at Nevada’s Black Rock Desert for a once-in-a-lifetime experience with music, art work, and fashion. Implementing the theme “DaVinci’s Workshop”, 2016’s edition of Burning Man was nothing short of amazing as it featured some of the industry’s biggest powerhouses.

From the illustrious Skrillex to the legendary Carl Cox, Burning Man was certainly a must-go destination for any dance music enthusiast. Aside from these names, a few other standout performers delivered some memorable sets. Some of these talents include San Francisco’s own Tycho, Argentinian house DJ Hernán Cattáneo, England’s Lee Burridge, Tel Aviv’s Guy Gerber, and Brooklyn’s Brian Cid.
