NiGHTS – Safe
Exceeding expectation with their newest release, Philly natives, NiGHTS, are back with “Safe“; a melodic, mid-tempo original equipped with pristine execution, and a structure bodied in contemporary synth work. Leading as the newest announcement from Captivation Records, “Safe” stands tall with the likes of YOOKiE, Pasdat, and Zaxx, as another one of the label’s most prominent bass hits.
From the top, the song is brought in with flowing vocals and breathy key changes, all encompassed around a modernized foundation. As it gets closer to the drop, the buildup glides seamlessly into a harmonized focal point, nothing short of addicting. It’s a track well enough to fit any setting it’s played, and has the power to certainly push NiGHTS name into the spotlight. All in all, the production work and sound design umbrella it as a true pioneer in today’s bass culture, that is both unique, and progressive.
