David Guetta teases seventh studio album, confirms Nicki Minaj & Lil Wayne collaborations

Earlier this week, French superstar DJ David Guetta sat down with the filmmaker behind Ultra Music Festival’s famous after-movies, Final Kid, and discussed his overly successful past year, film making as well as some of his upcoming work in a Facebook live Q&A. Final Kid teamed up with Guetta to produce his latest Documentary This One’s For You – The Film, which is supposed to see the world later this year.

Later in the Facebook video, Guetta reveals that a seventh studio album is on its way. In addition to it, he let slip that his next single is on its way and will probably be finished by the end of this week. The single will be another collaborative effort with frequent collaborator Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne this time.

Regarding his upcoming collaboration, David Guetta stated:

We have a good combination with Nicki. Every time we make records they are incredible and very successful. I think she is very, very special, and we work really good together, so it’s exciting. Plus we have Lil Wayne on top of that. It’s pretty big.

The track is already now sure to be a worldwide pop hit and will serve as a follow-up to his earlier releases alongside Nicki such as “Hey Mama“, “Turn Me On“, “Where Them Girls At“.
