Flume takes to Instagram to share new music for 2017

As electronic music slowly continues its incline on becoming one of the most listened to genres on today’s music market, it goes without saying the industry’s leading pioneers are a major reason for the influx. Acts like The Chainsmokers, Skrillex, Diplo, and Flume, with each new release they’ve paved the way for 2016’s commercial success, and only time will tell just how far EDM can climb. With a new year there’s ample opportunity for those to continue their growth, and now with the 2017 Grammy Nominations out, Australian tastemaker Flume, is truly on the path to greatness.

Taking home gold this November at the ARIA’s, and now scoring the coveted Best Dace/ Electronic Album and Best Dance Recording for “Never Be Like You”, Skin seems to be EDM’s most talked about release. The praised album set Flume aside from his competitors with it’s futuristic synth work, and daring lyrics; Because of that, he’s set a personal bar for his music and fans around the world are patiently waiting to see what’s next. Released on his Instagram account, Flume uploaded a painfully short clip showcasing one of his newest tunes. The video comes in at a total of only 4 minutes, but it’s enough to solidify he hasn’t lost that unique touch.
