Hardwell celebrates 300th episode of Hardwell on Air with 2 hour live broadcast

No sane mainstream Dance music fan would argue against the notion that Hardwell‘s Hardwell on Air podcast is at the helm of dictating the trends in their tastes. And rightly so, for a radio show that was launched in March 2011 and is aired on over 50 radio stations worldwide it deserves to be one of the leading taste-makers – curated by one of the top DJs worldover. Yesterday the show aired its 300th episode and the Dutchman celebrated in style by live broadcasting a 2 hour long special episode. With a flurry of fellow artists, news, releases and loads of good music, the biggest ‘on air’ party of year was set to be aired to it’s large listener base.

Joined by artists such as fellow Breda resident Suyano, long time friend and Revealed frequenter Kill The Buzz, fellow Dutchman Jay Hardway, Wiwek, Blasterjaxx and House legend Don Diablo, Hardwell curates not only a great amount of varied music but also fellow DJs who bring a larger perspective for the listeners. Martin Garrix too makes his presence felt as he talks about his upcoming release ‘Scared To Be Lonely’ along with London based singer Dua Lipa. All in all, the celebratory episode of the 300 episode strong podcast was a Dutch club party with great atmosphere and an even wonderful host in Hardwell.

We also heard from the man himself on his great achievement, as quoted:

‘For me this radio show has been a journey rather than a destination. I always wanted to use the show to share music with people all around the world and also use the show to showcase artists I believe in and give them a chance to reach new fans. So to have reached an historic 300 episodes with the show and have millions of fans from all around the world support ‘Hardwell On Air’, helping to create this incredible journey, is something that means so much to me. I’m looking forward to celebrating this special occasion with all the HOA fans out there!’
