Home Uncategorized Martin Garrix set to release brand new single next Friday

Following a spectacular campaign in 2016, Martin Garrix is starting the new year strong with more incredible music. The current DJ Mag’s #1 DJ in the world has just announced that his brand new single called “Scared to Be Lonely” will be dropping next Friday, January 27th. The track features the vocals of English pop singer Dua Lipa and taps into the sub-genre of future bass.

Garrix is fresh off an outstanding year full of accomplishments and awards. Most notably, the Dutch DJ and producer achieved an immense amount of success from his collaboration with Bebe Rexha. Titled “In the Name of Love”, this record not only ranked high on the music charts, it also received platinum certification in several different countries. As a token of gratitude for his fans, Garrix also released seven free tracks, including “Sun is Never Going Down” and “Spotless” with Jay Hardway.

As a follow-up to his 2016 hit “In the Name of Love”, Garrix is now set to release another future-bass-inspired production, this time, in the form of “Scared to Be Lonely”. Garrix premiered the soon-to-be-released single during his New Year’s Eve performance in Myanmar, and you can check out an unofficial preview from a fan below, as well as Garrix’s interview with QMusic confirming the track’s release date.
