A brand best known for their yearly annual extravaganza at Miami’s Bayfront Park, Ultra Music continue their expansion, with South America now getting a taste of the Ultra magic for the second year in a row. Following an incredible sold-out debut event in October 2016, the world’s most international festival brand has launched the news that Ultra Brasil will return to Rio de Janeiro in 2017, this time expanding into a full-blown three-day affair!

This October 12, 13 & 14, 2017, Ultra Brasil will once again take over Rio’s iconic Sambodromo, most famously known as the home of the city’s annual carnival. Following in the footsteps of their flagship Miami sibling, the 2017 event will mark Ultra’s first three-day festival in the land of samba, football, and Copacabana beach.

Last year’s event saw a staggering 60,000 fans flock downtown to cram the venue across two days, and with unprecedented demand for tickets expected yet again, organisers have made special moves to both increase the size and capacity of the venue, and improve the layout. The new plans will see ‘Ultra Village’ and ‘Ultra Boulevard’ added to the site, as well as all three custom-built stages – Main Stage, Resistance, and UMF Radio.

Having brought superstar acts like Above & Beyond, Carl Cox, Hardwell, and Martin Garrix to Brazil last time out, tickets for this must-attend event are likely to sell out almost instantly! Luckily, Ultra will be implementing an easy-to-follow registration process right HERE, opening on Monday 23rd January and closing on Sunday 29th January, so get yourselves registered and ready to grab a ticket to what promises to be one of the most in-demand events on this year’s dance music calendar!
