Recently having his latest track “Fire Walk” premiered on BBC Radio 1 by none other than Annie Mac, the Finnish DJ, Producer and curator Yotto has delivered a delightful mix, sitting at comfortably over 90 minutes in duration.

Born and raised in Helsinki, Yotto has had music in his blood since his inception. Born to an ex-rocker, he was immersed into a whole spectrum of genre’s including Blues, Classic Rock and Disco. Inspired by the likes of Moby, John Digweed, Ferry Corsten and The Chemical Brothers, his signature characteristic’s of paced tempo and evolving atmosphere’s was born.

Since going on to master FL Studio, he rightfully earned the attention of Above & Beyond and their imprint, Anjunabeats. Now familiar with the likes of BBC Radio 1 and SiriusXM, he has since repeatedly gained the attention of Pete Tong, Tiesto, Mark Knight and Sasha to name a few.

Providing an eclectic offering of sumptuous atmospheres, element’s and melodies, Yotto’s ‘Winter Mix 2017‘ is certainly something to set aside time for and savour. Intertwining 23 tracks, the crafted compilation and combination’s featured very little of his own work. Instead working with his favourite tracks from the year of 2016, as well as a cohort of self-proclaimed special tracks, the young talent certainly impresses from start to finish.

Including the likes of Sasha, Brynjolfur, Krink, Loscil and many other lesser known acts in electronic dance music, he provides a well-earned spotlight on the magical compositions within the depths of the genre. Also throwing in a cheeky ID from himself, fans can also enjoy something to look forward to in the future.
