The ‘A State Of Trance‘ (ASOT) festival has become a legendary event, not only within the trance scene but within dance music as a whole. Held yearly in Utrecht, Armin van Buuren’s iconic label delights crowds time after time with a selection of some of the most esteemed talents trance has to offer. This year’s ASOT festival was livestreamed across the globe as part of ASOT800, expanding the party to include a huge number of trance fans who tuned in from a host of locations worldwide.

The event itself was a true showcase of trance, playing host to many of the biggest talents within trance, with unbelievable stage designs, complimented by the magnificent light shows. The size of the main stage itself was highly impressive, captivating the audience, drawing people in with the intense visual effects.

With the likes of Armin van Buuren, John O’Callaghan, Orjan Nilsen, and Aly & Fila delighting the crowd with powerful performances, it is no surprise that people traveled from across the world to experience this spectacular event. Armin van Buuren performed twice, even treating the audience to a unique vinyl set, filled with euphoric and heart-pumping trance classics, taking the crowd on a journey through the genre.

Each year, ASOT Festival seems to become increasingly impressive, cementing itself as one of the most iconic trance festivals in the world. Regularly delivering in every aspect, the festival continues to draw in a huge crowd year after year, showing the true amount of influence Armin van Buuren’s reputable record label has globally.
