Eric Prydz – EPIC Radio 020

Eric Prydz has become quite a household name for all things melodic and techno, and if his incredulous live shows and his unbelievable plethora of records released (and unreleased) has not already attested to this fact, then his latest episode of EPIC Radio certainly will. One hour of incredible music as usual, chock-filled with some of the scene’s finest progressive house and melodic techno. Each show captures the essence of one or more of Prydz’s alter ego’s, and the latest one seems to be heavily influenced by the dark melodic techno Cirez D.

Kicking off the show with tracks from Oliver Huntemann, DJ Tonio, and Subconscious Tales, Eric spins a sensual tale comprising of the most mind-blowing techno tunes around currently. The Swedish mastermind also features some brilliant tracks and remixes from the likes of ANNA, Julian Jeweil, and Patrice Bäumel, all the while never forgetting to inject a couple of his own releases to give the mix a bit of added flair.
