Alex Nocera has been in the electronic dance music scene for close to 30 years now. One of the first from his homeland of Italy to forge a career in the genre, he has contributed heavily to his local scene’s growth and prosperity.

Holding an extensive portfolio of studio production material of over 300 track and 100 remixes, Alex Nocera has garnered notable attention in his time. Featured in Pete Tong‘s iconic BBC Radio 1 chart, his work spans a variety of niche sub-genre soundscapes and remixes of well-known mainstream tracks and acts. Also responsible for signing remixes for the likes of Axwell, Bob Sinclar, Steve Angello, John Dahlback, Fedde le Grand and the late Guru Josh, through his role as founder of Gas Records, Nocera is also familiar with the business side of the industry.

With experience in performing through Europe, stages in the UK, Germany and Italy has been frequented by the Riccione talent. Holding roles outside of an artist capacity, Alex Nocera has also been an audio technician and artistic director in his time, reflecting his breadth of knowledge.

Teaming up with fellow esteemed Italian DJ/Producer, Max Zotti, Alex Nocera brings his latest original offering. Utilising the talents of PDR also, the Progressive House beauty sits at nearly seven minutes. Rich in atmosphere, the crafted composition reflects the over 50 years experience between the two title artists. Touching in melody, and heightening in effect, “Sinapsi” is certainly worth a listen!
