Axwell Λ Ingrosso have been going from strength to strength over the last couple of years, having released a string of smash hits. The two Swedes have undoubtedly cemented themselves as two of the biggest influencers in the dance music industry time and time again. Their latest release ‘I Love You‘ is unique among their releases, with a completely different feel in comparison with their signature sound. Following its release, ‘I Love You’ received remixes from a host of artists, including David Puentez who has completely revitalized the track with his own unique adaptation.
The remix opens with the recognizable intro coming through alongside Kid Ink‘s compelling vocals, before the track takes a turn in a completely different direction with a truly monstrous drop. The thumping beat certainly adds a new level of energy to the fan-favourite, turning it into a true dancefloor destroyer. ‘I Love You’ is one of 5 new tracks the former Swedish House Mafia pair plan to release in the first half of 2017, with a 4-track EP featuring their Ultra Music Festival opener, ‘How Do You Feel RIght Now?’ also set to drop soon.
Unsurprisingly, the remix proved popular with fans, as in Germany it soared to #7 in the iTunes dance chart, and #47 in the overall iTunes chart. Listen to David Puentez’s energy fuelled remix of Axwell Λ Ingrosso’s ‘I Love You’ here.
