Hardwell’s festival anthem ‘Encoded’ turns 6 years old

Hardwell is globally known for his tremendous work both as a DJ and a music producer. Behind the decks, the Dutch powerhouse has traveled and performed for countless shows all across the globe. He has headlined some of the biggest festivals in the world, such as Ultra and Lollapalooza, and has scored several DJ residencies at some of the most prominent clubs in the scene.

Along with his undeniable success as a DJ, Hardwell has produced some of dance music’s most iconic anthems. From the 2012 hit “Spaceman” to his massive collaboration with fellow Dutchman Armin van Buuren on “Off the Hook”, Hardwell’s resume has been nothing short of outstanding.

Through his long list of remarkable releases, another track that stands out would be his 2011 hard-hitter titled “Encoded“. Being one of Hardwell’s breakthrough singles, the track recently celebrated its release’s six-year anniversary.

Not only did the track accumulate a lot of support from fans and producers, it also became one of the top festival anthems in 2011 and 2012. Hardwell, in particular, played the record in major festivals such as Ultra Music Festival Miami, Tomorrowland, Electric Zoo, and Beyond Wonderland.
