Axwell Λ Ingrosso Hit No.1 on Billboard Dance Chart

Home Uncategorized Axwell Λ Ingrosso Hit No.1 on Billboard Dance Chart

Axwell Λ Ingrosso have had another track take the number 1 spot on Billboard‘s Dance Club Songs chart for the second time since they formed their dynamic duo. The song titled ‘I Love You‘, which features rapper/songwriter Kid Ink, makes it their first appearance at the number 1 spot. Remixes from Chace, CID and David Puentez, among others, helped ‘I Love You’ land at the top spot.

Axwell Λ Ingrosso, who are best known for their time as Swedish House Mafia with Steve Angello, have since branched out and gone on to reach new horizons after the supergroup’s split in 2013. As a duo, their first number 1 on Billboard’s dance chart came in 2015 when they released ‘Something New‘. The track also reached this mark in Japan and Belgium. Since early 2015, Axwell & Ingrosso have had a staggering six tracks enter the Top 10! The most among solo acts, only trailing Dave Aude and Rihanna‘s seven.

Despite their success together, they’ve also had success with others. Both artists have produced exceptional songs alongside other producers. Notable tracks include Sick Individuals and Axwell’s ‘I -AM‘, Axwell and Shapov‘s ‘Belong‘ and Seb Ingrosso, Tommy Trash and John Martin‘s iconic festival favourite ‘Reload‘, which peaked at number 4 on Billboard’s Dance chart, and went 2x Platinum in Sweden!
