Julia Michaels – Issues (Alan Walker Remix)

Norwegian DJ/Producer phenomenon Alan Walker is back at it again. After releasing captivating remixes for songs such as ‘Millionaire’ by Digital Farm Animals and Cash Cash, ‘That’s What I Like‘ by four-time Grammy Award winner Bruno Mars and ‘Move Your Body’ by eight-time Grammy Award nominee Sia, Alan Walker has presented the world his take on ‘Issues‘ by American singer/songwriter Julia Michaels.

The original track is a slow, modest track driven by Julia Michael’s soft, delicate voice and a strong distorted 808 kickdrum. However, Alan Walker stamps his signature sound on the song and gives it a new perspective; a breath of fresh air. An uplifting, summer tune, the track is built around Julia’s gorgeous vocals and felicitous plucks, while using a number of different elements to bring out the full potential that Michaels’ voice possesses.

In conjunction with the reverb-soaked plucks, the vocal chops work so well to create a delightfully relaxing vibe in the drop. The breaks feature her vocals and are accompanied by a lovely guitar with plucks in the background to fittingly fill out the track, thus creating an effortless transition into the drop.

Once again, Alan Walker has created an excellent summer anthem, poised to make its mark on radio stations and beach parties around the world!
