Premiere: Wankelmut – Almost Mine feat. Charlotte OC (Decco Remix)

Multi-platinum selling German DJ/Producer Wankelmut has revealed the official remixes of his latest single ‘Almost Mine’ featuring Charlotte OC. The remix pack is made up of renditions from Decco, Mat.Joe, Low Steppa and Wankelmut himself.

The original features Charlotte OC’s gorgeous vocals which sound almost effortless, yet fit the song like a sleeve. A smooth bassline and a lovely guitar prominent throughout, the song is poised to make its presence known at many day parties and become a summer anthem.

The remixes bring their own unique take on the track. Decco’s calm, relaxing breakbeat remix makes excellent use of the vocal in tandem with captivating lead synths. The first drop is tranquilizing and a real treat to listen to. The break is just as captivating, however, the second drop takes an unexpected, yet pleasantly surprising turn, boasting a deep club-influenced vibe that will get hearts pumping!

Decco’s remix isn’t the only impressive song on the album. Jacob’s Deep Remix features a thumpy kick and an infectiously groovy bassline which is destined to make its mark in clubs across the globe. The Low Steppa and Mat.Joe remixes also possess an infectious deep house vibe but are so blissfully different each in their own way, while Wankelmut’s exclusive underground version gives ‘Almost Mine’ a new imagining.
