CID has released his set
CID has released his set from last weekend’s Electronic Daisy Carnival on YouTube for fans to re-live or experience for the 1st time. The set is a luminous example of all of CID’s hallmarks: thumping, undulating deep house beats and a clever use of repeated vocal lines. The massive crowd at Las Vegas Motor Speedway loved it, and can be seen enthusiastically dancing and singing along in the video.
Highlights of the set include his remix of ‘Shy‘ by The Magician featuring Brayton Bowman. On a rapturous, euphoric note, CID closes out the video with the VIP remix of his new single ‘Believer‘ with vocals by CeeLo Green. Alas, this was not his complete set and the release of his full hour at EDC remains to be seen, so fans can also hear favorites like ‘Secrets.’
CID and his fans enjoyed his appearance at this year’s EDC, with fans commenting on Twitter on how the DJ could handle the soaring heat clad in a stylish bomber jacket. The heat did not deter his set; however, it did delay his flight leaving Las Vegas, with the DJ and producer attributing it on Twitter to global warming.
