An infamous force within the dance music scene, Don Diablo continues to deliver time after time, always striving to take his performances and tracks to the next level. On Friday night, he took to the stage at EDC Vegas where he performed a spectacular set, abundant with brand new music.

Right at the start of his set, Don Diablo dropped an ID which has been awaited by fans for some time and is due to feature on his album later on this year. Futuristic in its nature, the upbeat and exhilarating track has all the hallmarks of a Don Diablo original, with his all too recognizable style coming through. A few minutes later, the crowd is treated to yet more new music, while it is unclear who the producer is, the track is undeniably vicious in its nature, with a pounding bassline fused with the high-speed melody.

The next ID is reportedly a collaboration between PBH, Jack Shizzle and AFISHAL called ‘Bring The House‘, an absolutely monstrous production with a thumping bassline that is due to be released on Don Diablo’s label HEXAGON according to 1001tracklists. Following this, Don Diablo dropped another track which 1001tracklists have named as Going Deeper & Redondo‘s  ‘So High‘, which also is stated to be a future release on HEXAGON. The sensational production is intoxicatingly ferocious, and would fit perfectly as a release on HEXAGON as it reflects the label’s style.

Further on in his set, Don Diablo dropped yet another ID, an enigmatic deep anthem with compelling vocals encompassing a range of emotions alongside its thumping drop. A true house anthem, the track name is currently unknown, and information regarding the producer has not surfaced yet. Another track which has been long-awaited by fans, ‘Reflections‘ has featured several times in Don Diablo’s sets, usually alongside his remix of ‘Innerbloom‘ by RÃœFÃœS. The track encompasses Don Diablo’s style with the exhilarating drop reflecting his persona throughout its elements. The next ID dropped is another which has been awaited for some time, having been featured in sets since ADE in 2016 always alongside Don Diablo’sAnimale. As with all of his releases, this one perfectly balances emotion with adrenaline, as the track is both moving in nature, as well as breathtakingly powerful. The final ID featured is a track from RetroVision according to 1001tracklists, and is dropped alongside ‘Harder Better Faster Stronger‘ by Daft Punk. The track is explosively upbeat, injecting a burst of energy into the already exceptional set.

Every year Don Diablo’s live performances become increasingly spectacular, and this one was certainly no exception. Consistently changing the game with his forward-thinking, he will undoubtedly be a leading figure in the dance music scene for years to come.
