Hardwell announces 2 new EPs and reveals KSHMR collaboration
Revealed Recordings founder Hardwell has made two monumental announcements that have left fans drooling. In a recent interview, the Dutchman announced that he is set to release 2 EP’s during the course of the summer. He also announced that he is soon to release his collaboration with American DJ/Producer KSHMR, titled ‘Power‘.
Hardwell, whose real name is Robbert van de Corput, explained that the two EP’s would both consist of approximately 8 tracks, including a collaboration with Henry Fong and Mr. Vegas titled ‘Badam‘, which he premiered recently at Ultra Music Festival Miami. Robbert added that the track is a slow-tempo, dancehall & Major Lazer inspired song.
However, that isn’t the only slow-tempo track Hardwell has experimented with. He also debuted a Future Bass inspired track with American Singer/Songwriter Austin Mahone at Ultra Music Festival Miami this year, which has so far peaked at #36 on Billboard‘s Dance/Electronic chart.
Later on in the interview, van de Corput revealed that his highly-awaited collaboration with KSHMR ‘Power’, is due for release upon the Summer’s end. He played the track during his Ultra Music Festival Singapore set and explained that it is 99% finished. Robbert then went on to heavily emphasise his love for KSHMR, his music and the enjoyment their collaboration brought.
