deadmau5 invites REZZ For BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix

Canadian DJ/Producer deadmau5 has continued to impress during his BBC Radio 1 residency by bringing in fellow Canadian REZZ [real name is Isabelle Rezazadeh] for a surprise guest mix. The 22-year old was dubbed the “female Gesaffelstein” with her genre-smashing brand of dark and sinister Techno. Isabelle featured on mau5trap‘s 10-year anniversary compilation and played at the label’s 10-year anniversary event in Toronto earlier this year.

The show kicks off with an ARTBAT Rave remix of  Pongo‘s ‘Lose My Mind‘. A dark Melodic Techno track, driven by a razor-sharp sawtooth bass. Things only get better from there.
