Calvin Harris’ “Hard To Love” collab with Jessie Reyez gets an official video

Not one to fade out of the news quickly, Calvin Harris seems determined to make his latest ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1‘ reach out to audiences across the world. To that end, he has gone to great lengths to promote the album through multiple music videos as well as audio uploads on his YouTube channel. Another one to join this flurry of uploads is the official music video for his collaboration with Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez titled ‘Hard To Love’. A strong release off the Funk Wav album, the track is a bit off beat in the sense that it embodies an out of the box production style – one that has become characteristic of the album itself.

Depending completely on the serenading voice of Jessie Reyez, who puts in a stellar shift with an old-school vocal work, the track has quite a nice laid-back sort of vibe to it and allows for an easy listening. The official video features the Canadian singer roaming about the streets of Paris and Amsterdam in dimly lit backdrops, an imagery that undoubtedly fits in well with the feel of the track altogether. Assured to do well with the view counts, the video is another addition to the list of music videos for tracks off the latest album.

The track is available for a quick purchase through Apple music as part of the ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1’ album here.
